ThryvCare account updates

ThryvCare, operated by Thryv Labs LLC, sends text messages to patients who ask for them. A text tells you there is an update in your ThryvCare account, tells you your order is on the way with the carrier's tracking link, or gives you a one-time code to confirm your number.

Texts never include details about your health, treatment, or medications, and a shipping text never names what is in the package. You sign in at gothryv.com to see everything else.

How you sign up

You can turn on text updates when you accept your treatment consent, or at any time in Account, Notification settings. You enter your mobile number, agree to receive texts, and confirm the number with a one-time code we text to you.

Signing up is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the activity in your account. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You can also turn text updates off in Notification settings.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our privacy policy at gothryv.com/privacy explains how we handle your information.
