THRYV CARE / SKIN HEALTH
Unblemished
topical cream
Compounded care for hormonally influenced acne
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Unblemished combines azelaic acid 4%, clindamycin 1% and spironolactone 5% for acne thought to be influenced by hormones. Clindamycin is used for acne; topical spironolactone is a compounded, off-label approach. Your clinician assesses whether the pattern of acne and your health history support this combination.
Healthy aging & longevity
Its intended benefit is better control of breakouts. It is not a treatment for a diagnosed hormonal disorder throughout the body, and topical use should not be assumed equivalent to oral spironolactone. Evidence has not established that this exact cream slows biological aging or extends life.
Important considerations
Tell your clinician about pregnancy plans, breastfeeding, sensitive skin and any history of bowel inflammation or antibiotic-related diarrhea. Irritation or peeling may occur, and significant diarrhea needs prompt medical advice because the cream contains clindamycin. The prescriber determines how long to use the antibiotic-containing treatment and when to reassess.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared for an individual patient on a valid prescription.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
