Tretinoin
topical cream
Prescription retinoid for acne and selected skin concerns
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Tretinoin cream is a prescription retinoid used for acne. It helps prevent plugged pores through its effects on skin-cell turnover. Certain tretinoin formulations are also used for fine wrinkles; whether that use applies to your product and goals is a prescribing decision. Improvement is gradual, not immediate.
Healthy aging & longevity
Tretinoin has clinical evidence for improving some visible effects of sun exposure, but that is different from reversing whole-body aging or extending life. It does not erase deep wrinkles or replace protection from ultraviolet light. Cosmetic improvement should not be described as proof of a longevity benefit.
Important considerations
Dryness, redness, peeling and stinging are common treatment concerns. Discuss pregnancy plans, eczema and other acne or exfoliating products before starting. Follow the prescribed schedule and sun-protection advice; using more does not produce faster results and may increase irritation. Your clinician can adjust treatment if your skin does not tolerate it.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
