Tamoxifen
oral tablet
An estrogen receptor medicine for selected clinical conditions
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Tamoxifen is a selective estrogen receptor modulator, or SERM. It blocks estrogen's effects in some tissues and acts differently in others. FDA-approved uses include certain breast cancer treatments and breast cancer risk reduction in selected patients. Other hormone-related uses are off-label and require a clinician to explain the intended benefit, evidence and alternatives.
Healthy aging & longevity
Tamoxifen is not a general anti-aging medicine. Benefits shown in specific cancer treatment or risk-reduction settings should not be interpreted as evidence that it extends life in otherwise healthy people. Changes in hormone tests are not a substitute for meaningful clinical outcomes, and treatment should address a defined medical need.
Important considerations
Tamoxifen can cause serious blood clots, stroke and, in people with a uterus, uterine cancer. Personal and family history, pregnancy potential and interacting medicines matter. Your clinician weighs these risks against the expected benefit and arranges monitoring. Report unusual vaginal bleeding or new symptoms promptly; the choice to use tamoxifen requires ongoing review.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
