Semaglutide acts on GLP-1 receptors to affect appetite and blood-sugar regulation. Approved products have specific uses: Wegovy for weight management and certain risk-reduction indications, and Ozempic for type 2 diabetes and selected cardiovascular or kidney risks. This compounded injection is not either brand and is not FDA-approved. Your clinician determines whether a compounded preparation is medically appropriate.

Healthy aging & longevity

Treating obesity and related risks can support healthier aging. In SELECT, approved Wegovy reduced major cardiovascular events in adults with established cardiovascular disease and overweight or obesity. This does not prove that this compounded product extends life, nor that benefits apply to every patient or dose.

Important considerations

Review pregnancy plans, other medicines, prior pancreatitis, gallbladder problems and a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2. Nausea and other digestive effects are common; dehydration and dosing errors can be serious. Follow your prescription and have each dose change reviewed by your clinician.
