Rosuvastatin
oral tablet
Cholesterol treatment guided by your cardiovascular risk.
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Rosuvastatin is a statin that reduces cholesterol production in the liver and lowers LDL cholesterol. It treats certain cholesterol disorders and can help prevent heart attacks and strokes in appropriate patients. A clinician considers cholesterol results, existing heart or blood vessel disease and other risk factors when recommending it.
Healthy aging & longevity
Its role in long-term health is prevention of cardiovascular disease when the expected benefit justifies treatment. In the JUPITER trial, rosuvastatin reduced cardiovascular events in people selected for elevated risk. That finding does not establish it as an anti-aging medicine or prove lifespan extension for healthy adults at low cardiovascular risk.
Important considerations
Muscle symptoms, medicine interactions and liver problems need review; statins can also increase blood sugar in some people. Discuss unexplained muscle pain, weakness, pregnancy plans and other medicines with your clinician. Follow-up testing helps assess cholesterol response and whether treatment remains appropriate.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
