THRYV CARE / WELLNESS
Levothyroxine (T4)
oral tablet
Thyroid hormone replacement for an underactive thyroid
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Levothyroxine replaces thyroid hormone when the thyroid gland does not make enough. It is commonly used for hypothyroidism and, in specialist care, for certain thyroid cancer treatment plans. Restoring an appropriate hormone level may improve symptoms caused by deficiency, such as fatigue, feeling cold and constipation. Symptoms alone cannot establish the diagnosis.
Healthy aging & longevity
Treating confirmed thyroid disease can support normal function and day-to-day wellbeing as you age. Levothyroxine is not a proven treatment for slowing aging or extending life, and more thyroid hormone is not better when levels are already adequate. It must not be used for weight loss.
Important considerations
Your clinician reviews thyroid blood tests, symptoms, heart health and other medicines before prescribing. Follow-up testing helps avoid too little or too much replacement. Excess thyroid hormone can cause a rapid or irregular heartbeat and other serious problems. Food, supplements and medicines can affect absorption, so follow the instructions for your exact product.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
