Medical indications
Human chorionic gonadotropin, or hCG, acts similarly to luteinizing hormone, a signal involved in reproductive function. Approved reference products are used for selected conditions, including some forms of testosterone deficiency caused by inadequate pituitary signaling and certain fertility treatments. Use with a testosterone plan requires its own assessment; it does not guarantee fertility or normal testicular function.
Healthy aging & longevity
hCG has no established role in slowing aging or extending lifespan. Its possible value is treatment of a specific hormone or reproductive disorder. Increasing a hormone level should not be presented as proof of better long-term health. hCG is not an effective weight-loss treatment or a fat-burning medicine.
Important considerations
