Estriol Vaginal Cream
vaginal cream
Compounded vaginal estrogen for individualized symptom review
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Estriol is an estrogen, and this compounded cream is intended for vaginal use. Vaginal estrogen treatment may be considered for menopause-related dryness, irritation or pain with sex after a clinician evaluates the cause. There are no FDA-approved estriol medicines in the United States. Evidence for approved vaginal estrogen products cannot automatically establish the safety or effectiveness of this exact estriol formulation.
Healthy aging & longevity
The goal of local symptom treatment is comfort and quality of life, not reversal of aging or longer lifespan. Estriol should not be presented as a safer estrogen, a rejuvenation treatment or a way to prevent heart disease or dementia. Improvement in vaginal symptoms does not establish broader health benefits.
Important considerations
Vaginal administration does not rule out absorption into the body. Unexplained bleeding, a history of hormone-sensitive cancer and other estrogen-related risks require review. The clinician must assess the exact formulation, alternatives and follow-up needs. The cream base and pharmacy preparation also need confirmation, including any ingredients that may cause irritation.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared for an individual patient on a valid prescription.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
