Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator, or SERM, studied in men with certain forms of secondary hypogonadism. It changes hormonal feedback signals that can increase the body's testosterone production. The Thryv formulation is compounded and is not FDA-approved. Changes in testosterone or sperm counts in studies do not guarantee symptom relief, pregnancy or other clinical benefits.
Healthy aging & longevity
Enclomiphene is not an established anti-aging or life-extension therapy. Evidence for meaningful long-term benefits remains limited, and higher testosterone should not be treated as proof of longer or healthier life. A possible hormone disorder needs evaluation on its own merits, with consideration of other causes of symptoms.
Important considerations
Symptoms alone do not confirm low testosterone. A clinician reviews morning testosterone, related hormone tests, medical history, fertility goals and alternatives before considering treatment. Ongoing monitoring is needed to assess benefit and adverse effects. The pharmacy formulation and the current evidence must be reviewed; enclomiphene should not be used for physique or performance enhancement.
