Diamond Delux S
topical cream
Compounded pigment treatment requiring close review
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Diamond Delux S combines hydroquinone, tretinoin and triamcinolone for selected pigmentation concerns. Hydroquinone targets pigment formation, tretinoin affects skin-cell turnover, and triamcinolone is a corticosteroid. A clinician must identify the discoloration and set the treatment course. This compounded formula is different from FDA-approved combination products.
Healthy aging & longevity
A change in skin tone or surface texture is not evidence of a change in biological age or lifespan. Benefits and risks of the entire mixture cannot be assumed from its separate ingredients. It should not be used as an indefinite general anti-aging cream.
Important considerations
Irritation and unwanted skin-color changes can occur. Hydroquinone has been associated with blue-black discoloration that may persist; report new darkening promptly. The steroid ingredient also requires limits on application area and duration. Discuss pregnancy, other active skin products and sun protection, and return for the clinician’s planned review.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared for an individual patient on a valid prescription.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
