This cream contains copper peptide (GHK-Cu) 2%, estriol 0.3%, niacinamide 4% and tretinoin 0.02%. It is intended for clinician-selected facial skin concerns such as texture or visible aging. Estriol is an estrogen, and tretinoin is a retinoid; this combination has no FDA-approved indication.
Healthy aging & longevity
Research on peptides, estrogen biology and tretinoin does not establish that this exact cream reverses biological aging or extends life. Evidence for a single ingredient or a different formulation cannot be assumed to describe the benefits of this mixture. Any treatment goal should be specific and realistic.
Important considerations
Because topical hormones can be absorbed, discuss any history of hormone-sensitive disease, unexplained bleeding, pregnancy or breastfeeding with your clinician.
