THRYV CARE / SKIN HEALTH
Calming
topical cream
Compounded care for redness and rosacea-like bumps
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Calming combines azelaic acid, ivermectin and metronidazole with niacinamide. The pharmacy presents it for redness-prone skin with inflammatory bumps, including rosacea-related concerns. Your clinician first identifies the cause of the redness and decides whether this combination is appropriate; the compounded mixture is not an FDA-approved rosacea medicine.
Healthy aging & longevity
The aim is improving a specific skin condition and comfort. Reducing visible inflammation does not demonstrate reduced systemic inflammation, prevention of age-related disease or longer life. Evidence for individual rosacea medicines should not be read as proof of the same benefit from this exact compounded cream.
Important considerations
Burning, dryness and irritation can occur. Review other topical products, allergies and pregnancy or breastfeeding with your clinician. Ask how to combine treatment with a gentle skin-care routine and sun protection. Persistent worsening, significant swelling or a new rash needs review rather than progressively more frequent application.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared for an individual patient on a valid prescription.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
