THRYV CARE / SKIN HEALTH
Brilliance
topical cream
Compounded care for uneven pigmentation
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Brilliance combines azelaic acid 10%, tranexamic acid 5% and niacinamide 4%. It is intended for clinician-directed treatment of dark patches and uneven pigmentation without hydroquinone. The cause of discoloration matters: your clinician assesses the skin before deciding whether this compounded formula suits the problem.
Healthy aging & longevity
Improving the appearance of uneven tone is a skin-care goal, not evidence of longer life or slower whole-body aging. Research on individual ingredients cannot establish the results or long-term safety of this exact mixture. Claims of guaranteed brightening or suitability for every sensitive skin type are not supported.
Important considerations
Stinging, dryness or irritation may occur. Tell your clinician about pregnancy, allergies and other skin treatments. Follow their directions on application, sun protection and when to reassess. A new, changing or otherwise unusual pigmented spot should be assessed rather than assumed to be a cosmetic concern.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared for an individual patient on a valid prescription.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
