This cream contains azelaic acid 10%, vitamin C 0.5%, NAD+ 6% and hyaluronic acid 0.5%. It is intended for clinician-selected concerns involving uneven tone or redness. The exact compounded mixture has no FDA-approved indication; the evidence for approved azelaic acid products does not automatically apply to this lower-strength combination.
Healthy aging & longevity
Vitamin C, NAD+ and hyaluronic acid have biological roles that motivate skin-care research. Those roles do not establish that this formula repairs DNA, reverses biological aging or extends life. A cosmetic change in brightness or hydration would not by itself demonstrate a broader longevity benefit.
Important considerations
Azelaic acid may cause stinging, dryness, irritation or changes in skin color. Discuss allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding and other exfoliating or prescription products before use. Your clinician should identify the cause of persistent redness or discoloration and set a realistic goal and review point. Follow pharmacy directions rather than combining multiple active products without guidance.
