Anastrozole
oral tablet
An aromatase inhibitor for specific hormone-related conditions
Medical uses & longevity
Medical indications
Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor that lowers estrogen production. Its FDA-approved uses include certain breast cancers in postmenopausal women, where estrogen can drive cancer growth. Use for other hormone-related concerns, including estrogen management during testosterone treatment, is off-label and requires an individualized clinical reason. A reference medicine's approval does not establish approval of every pharmacy formulation.
Healthy aging & longevity
Anastrozole is not an established anti-aging or life-extension treatment. Lowering estrogen is not a general health goal, and reducing a laboratory number does not by itself prove a health benefit. Any proposed use should be tied to a defined condition and weighed against the effects of estrogen reduction.
Important considerations
Treatment can cause joint symptoms and reduce bone density, increasing fracture risk. Your clinician reviews bone health, cholesterol, heart and liver history, pregnancy potential and interacting medicines. Hormone testing and follow-up may be needed. Anastrozole should not be added automatically to a testosterone plan or used to pursue a particular physique.

What happens when I get started?
Sign in or create your account, complete your health intake and consent, then review the total and pay. Once payment is confirmed, your request is submitted for clinical review.
Does payment mean I'm approved?
No. A licensed clinician must review your request and decide whether treatment is appropriate before prescribing. Payment alone does not approve treatment or send an order to the pharmacy.
